AP3 was founded in 2016 in Washingtonville, NY, out of a growing need for better real estate photography in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. The idea took shape while we were helping our son search for a home — scrolling through listing after listing, we kept seeing images that simply didn’t do the properties justice. Drawing on our strong background in photography and years of building and piloting remote-controlled aircraft, we brought drone technology into our work, a transition that came naturally to us. Combined with 45 years of public service, that blend of photographic expertise and aerial precision gave us a winning formula for building a successful business.
